O modo de actuação dos meliantes é conhecido os mesmos partem os vidros e em seguida abrem o capô e depois roubam as placas das viaturas e levam alguns pertences que encontram no interior.

INAC: Fuga à paternidade lidera queixas de violência contra crianças em todo País

No mês de Abril, o Instituto Nacional da Criança (INAC) recebeu mais de 400 queixas de fuga à paternidade, em todo o território nacional, com destaque para as províncias de Luanda e Benguela. 

Para além de Luanda e Benguela, de acordo com o INAC, estes casos também sucederam nas províncias do Bengo, Bié, Moxico, Huambo, Kwanza-Norte, Uíge, Lunda-Sul, Zaire, Huila, Namibe, Cunene, e em Cabinda.

A direcção do INAC revela ainda que, depois dos casos de fuga à paternidade, encontram-se as ocorrências de agressão física, com mais de 200 denúncias, exploração de trabalho infantil (cerca de 150), e abuso sexual (mais de 50 casos), tendo o serviço de denúncia SOS – Criança (15015) do INAC recebido ao todo mais de mil denúncias de violência contra crianças.

No município de Talatona, Luanda, por exemplo, quatro crianças com idades compreendidas entre os 4 meses e os 10 anos foram abandonadas pelos pais na porta de um shopping naquela localidade, tendo o caso sido encaminhado para o serviço municipal do INAC.

Em Benguela, município do Caibambo, uma bebé foi brutalmente agredida pelo seu pai que já foi encaminhado para o serviço provincial do INAC.

A província de Luanda pode vir a contar, até ao final do ano, com um serviço especial de transporte colectivo urbano para atender os passageiros durante a noite e madrugada, assegurou o director provincial dos Transportes, Tráfego e Mobilidade da capital do país, Filipe Cumandala.

Este serviço será assegurado pelas nove empresas que operam em Luanda e vai funcionar das 22h00 às 06h00 da manhã. O director disse que o objectivo principal passa por estender os horários de funcionamento dos autocarros e facilitar os cidadãos/ passageiros aflitos ou com necessidade de circular nesse período sensível.

Cada operadora vai disponibilizar um autocarro para este período, dentro do mesmo território (as rotas das carreiras normais) a si adjudicada. Tecnicamente, explica Filipe Cumandala, os autocarros vão obedecer a um trajecto que os levará até às universidades, hospitais, unidades policiais e terminais de passageiros, entre outras instituições, num tempo de espera não superior uma hora. Para o efeito, o Governo Provincial de Luanda (GPL), as operadoras e a Polícia Nacional, estão a trabalhar para a criação das melhores condições técnicas e de segurança para o arranque das operações.

Por exemplo, um dos grandes constrangimentos apresentado pelas operadoras prende-se a questões ligadas à segurança nas paragens, ao longo da viagem e a iluminação pública. “Não há uma data precisa, mas as operações vão ter início assim que as condições estiverem criadas. Todavia, os dados indicam que será este ano”, garantiu.
